By car

 

From the A1 highway, the exit we recommend is FIRENZE SUD, and then head towards the historic center. Always keep in mind that you cannot park there, unless you leave your car in the paid garages in the area. Palazzo della Stufa is located in a pedestrian area, therefore not reachable by car (except taxi). The closest garage is located 2 minutes away, in via Ricasoli 28 / a, otherwise it is necessary to park outside the ZTL area of ​​the center and reach the property on foot.

 

 

 

On the train

 

Palazzo della Stufa is located just 10 minutes walk from the central station Santa Maria Novella. Once out of the station you can take a taxi, or just reach Piazza dell'Unità, take via del Melarancio, then walking down Via del Melarancio coming out in front of Michelangelo's Medici Chapel and then proceeding into Piazza San Lorenzo where you will find number 5 at the far end of the Piazza on the left. To reach our residence, simply continue towards Piazza San Lorenzo n. 5, we are at the bottom of the square on the left.

 

 

 

By plane

 

The airports of Florence and Pisa are well connected to the Santa Maria Novella (SMN) station. From the Florence airport you can take a taxi, the new tramway (stop: Unità) or the public shuttle service Vola in Bus.

From Pisa airport there are regional trains every 30 minutes that arrive directly at the Santa Maria Novella station or buses that take you to Piazzale Montelungo (Fortezza da Basso).
